My work is client centred, creative & intended to inspire connection & self discovery. Creating a supportive safe haven for clients to explore their possibilities, create choice & allow change welcoming ease in their life is & meeting you where you are is always my starting point.

Each session or balance (a kinesiology term for our time together) may have its own purpose, though always with the bigger picture in mind. The client guides my work based on their own goals and ambitions. Following our session, I provide a home support program, requiring a few moments a day, to continue the gains you made and continue your integration.

My passion is to share the tools I have learnt, to fill everyone’s tool box, so my clients can be empowered and self- supporting, maximising their gifts or strengths; to balance and grow.
